This Legal Notice (the English version of the French Mentions légales / German Impressum) identifies the publisher and operator of the Extrais app and website, as required for European Union audiences. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Publication director

The director of publication is the legal representative of TABA Tasarım İnşaat A.Ş. Editorial and publication matters can be addressed to info@vitamedas.com.

Note. The registered office address, VAT / tax number and contact details are complete. The trade-registry (Ticaret Sicil) / MERSIS number is still to be added. Some jurisdictions also require the name of the natural person acting as publication director and/or the share capital to be stated; counsel should confirm and complete these fields for each market before publication.

4. App data hosting

Personal data and core application data of Extrais users are hosted on Supabase infrastructure located in the European Union. Self-managed services operated by TABA (such as over-the-air update delivery and push dispatch) run on servers provided by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Details of the processors we use and how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. App distribution

The Extrais mobile application is distributed through the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited). Your downloading and use of the app are also subject to the applicable store terms. In-app purchases of digital credits are processed by Apple and Google under their own terms; Extrais does not collect or store payment-card data.

6. What Extrais is

Extrais is a neutral technology platform and intermediary that connects clients ("Clients") with independent local tradespeople ("Pros"). TABA is not an employer, agency, contractor, party to, or guarantor of any job between a Client and a Pro, and takes 0% of the job price, which is agreed and paid directly between the Client and the Pro, off-platform and in person. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Extrais name, logo, software, design, and all related intellectual property are owned by TABA or its licensors and are protected by law. Reproduction or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Third-party brand names are used descriptively only.
