  • Unlicensed use of protected content
  • Deepfakes or unauthorized biometric use

1.3 Harmful Content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Violence, gore, or violent threats
  • Self-harm or suicide promotion
  • Harassment, bullying, or stalking
  • Hate speech targeting protected groups
  • Incitement to violence or discrimination

1.4 Fraudulent Activities

  • Fake reviews or artificial ratings
  • Identity theft or impersonation
  • Phishing or credential harvesting
  • Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
  • False claims or misleading advertising
  • Romance scams or romance fraud
  • Credit card fraud or payment fraud

1.5 Security Threats

  • Malware, viruses, or trojans
  • Hacking tools or exploit code
  • DDoS attack tools
  • Credential stuffing tools
  • Unauthorized system access attempts
  • Botnet infrastructure
  • Security vulnerability exploitation

1.6 Privacy Violations

  • Doxxing (publishing private information)
  • Non-consensual intimate images
  • Unauthorized surveillance or recording
  • Privacy invasion
  • Data scraping or harvesting
  • PII (Personally Identifiable Information) abuse

1.7 Sexual Content

  • Pornography or sexually explicit material
  • Solicitation of sexual services

  • Non-consensual sexual content
  • Child sexual abuse material

1.8 Regulated Products and Services

  • Unlicensed medical services or advice
  • Unlicensed legal services
  • Unlicensed financial services
  • Unlicensed cryptocurrency activities
  • Unregulated investment schemes
  • Drug manufacturing or distribution
  • Weapon sales or illegal arms

2. ACCOUNT SECURITY OBLIGATIONS

Users must:

  • Keep password confidential and secure
  • Use strong, unique passwords
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Not share account credentials
  • Notify us of unauthorized access immediately
  • Monitor account activity regularly
  • Log out from shared devices
  • Update contact information if account compromised

3. CONTENT REPRESENTATIONS

Users represent that:

  • Content submitted is owned by them or properly licensed
  • Content does not infringe third-party rights
  • Content is truthful and not misleading
  • Content is not plagiarized or copied
  • Content complies with all applicable laws
  • Content does not violate anyone's privacy or rights
  • Content is appropriate for the intended purpose

4. ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES

The Company may:

  • Remove prohibited content immediately
  • Suspend accounts for violations
  • Terminate accounts for serious violations
  • Report illegal content to law enforcement
  • Preserve evidence for legal proceedings
  • Pursue legal action for damages
  • Impose temporary or permanent bans

5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

To report violations:

  • Email: support@tabaglobal.com with "VIOLATION REPORT" subject
  • Content: Specific details, URL/screenshot, law/policy violated
  • Response: We will respond within 48 hours

Reported violations are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
