DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY (Non-binding English Summary)
Effective Date: April 2026
Applied under Turkish Law No. 6502 (TKHK), the Distance Contracts Regulation (MSY), and the Turkish Code of Obligations (TBK). The Turkish version prevails in case of conflict.
1. SCOPE
Extrais sells no physical goods. "Delivery" means the Service Provider uploading digital outputs to the Platform. "Refund" means returning payment under the conditions below.
1A. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — INSTANT DELIVERY & REFUNDS (SUMMARY)
Extrais sells two kinds of digital products directly to its users: verification badges (Verified, Verified Pro, Business Verified) and profile/visibility credits (job-posting, listing-boost, urgent-flag and front-page packs).
- Delivery: 100% digital and instant — the badge or credit is added to your Extrais account immediately upon successful payment. There is no physical shipment.
- Refunds: An unused / unredeemed digital product is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once a verification badge has been issued (the verification engine ran successfully) or a credit has been spent (a job posted, a listing boosted, an urgent flag activated), that item is consumed and the sale is final, in line with the digital-content exemption of MSY Art. 15/ğ.
- Refund method: back to the original payment method.
This summary governs purchases of Extrais's own digital products. The sections below set out the full statutory framework.
2. DELIVERY
- Where: Extrais account, messaging/delivery panel.
- When: Digital products (badges, credits) are delivered instantly on payment. For freelance work outputs: the deadline in the job post; otherwise 30 days maximum (MSY Art. 10/1).
- Accepted when: Buyer approves, or automatically after 3 business days of no objection.
- Shipping fees: N/A — fully digital.
3. DEFECTS AND REMEDIES
Under TKHK Art. 13: report defects within 3 business days (explicit) or 6 months (hidden); 2-year limitation. Buyer's remedies: free repair, re-performance, price reduction, or contract rescission (TKHK Art. 11). The Platform's Dispute mechanism issues binding decisions; consumer court rights remain reserved.
4. REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card refunds: 2-30 business days per 5464). Refunds apply only to UNUSED credits in the relevant pack. Since the Platform takes no commission on the work payment, there is no commission to refund — the work payment was never collected by the Platform in the first place.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Credits you've already consumed (a job posted, a listing boosted, an urgent flag activated, an identity-verification session completed by our system) — MSY Art. 15/ğ exemption for explicitly-consumed digital content.
- Verified Pro / Business Verified badges where the verification engine ran successfully — only Platform-side system errors trigger a refund there.
- Off-platform payments (Platform is not a party).
6. INVOICING
E-invoice / e-archive per VUK Art. 229 + Communiqué No. 509; records retained 10 years.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Platform dispute mechanism → Consumer Arbitration Committee / Consumer Court (TKHK Art. 68) → mediation (Law No. 6325, voluntary) → İstanbul Anadolu Commercial Courts for merchants.
