PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM (Non-binding English Summary)

This form is the pre-contract disclosure required by Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers ("TKHK") Art. 48 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette 27/11/2014, No. 29188) ("MSY") Art. 5–6. It must be made available to the buyer before any order is placed. The Turkish text governs in case of any divergence with this English summary (TKHK Art. 5/§5).

Acting as an intermediary service provider under Law No. 6563 on Electronic Commerce ("ETDHK") Art. 2/1-f.
2. SUBJECT — DIGITAL "CREDIT" PACKAGES
We sell electronic credit packages used on the Platform. Prices include VAT (20%) and are shown in Turkish Lira (₺):

Delivery is electronic and instantaneous — credits hit the buyer's account the moment payment captures.
3. PRICE — MSY Art. 6/1-ç,d
Total price includes Turkish VAT. No shipping or handling fees apply (digital service). The buyer's bank may apply external fees (e.g. cross-border processing) outside our control. Invoice is issued as an e-Archive Invoice and emailed to the address on file.
4. PAYMENT — MSY Art. 6/1-e
- Turkey: iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (BDDK Lic. 49/2017) and/or QNB Finansbank A.Ş. (QNBPay) under 3D Secure (PSD2 SCA).
- EU/UK/US: Payoneer Europe Limited.
- Visa, Mastercard, Troy (domestic only). Card details never reach Extrais — they are tokenized inside the licensed PSP's PCI-DSS Level 1 iframe (PCI-DSS v4.0).
- No payment-intermediation activity under Law No. 6493 — we collect for our own credit sales only; freelancer compensation is settled directly between hirer and freelancer outside the Platform.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — MSY Art. 6/1-g,ğ,h and Art. 9
The buyer has 14 days from the order to withdraw without cause and without penalty (MSY Art. 9/§1; TKHK Art. 48/§4).
How to exercise: send a withdrawal notice via support@extrais.com or through the Account → Orders → Cancel button. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt (MSY Art. 12/§1).
Statutory exception — MSY Art. 15/§1-ğ: digital services that have been performed instantaneously and consumed by the buyer cannot be withdrawn. Once a specific credit is used (e.g. consumed to publish a job ad or activate a badge), that credit is non-refundable. Unused credits remain fully refundable within 14 days.
6. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION — MSY Art. 6/1-l
Complaints to support@extrais.com (we respond within 30 days — ETDHK Art. 7).

7. RECORD-KEEPING — MSY Art. 9/§3
A signed copy of this Form and the Distance Sales Agreement is stored in the buyer's account for at least 3 years and is downloadable from Account → Orders.
8. PERSONAL DATA
Order data (name, email, phone, billing address, payment-token last 4, IP/device) is processed under KVKK Art. 5/§2-c (contract performance) and 5/§2-ç (legal obligation — tax / MASAK), and for EU/UK buyers under GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) Art. 6/1-b and 6/1-c. Full disclosure: Privacy Policy. Exercise KVKK Art. 11 / GDPR Art. 15–22 rights via kvkk@extrais.com.
9. NOTES
- The buyer must check "I have read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement" before order submission (MSY Art. 5/§2; ETDHK Art. 3/§2).
- The order-confirmation button is labelled "Place order — payment will be charged" to satisfy MSY Art. 8/§2 unambiguous-payment-obligation labelling.
- Minors (under 18) cannot place orders (TBK Art. 14, 16, 47).
10. GOVERNING LAW
Turkish law. For consumer buyers, TKHK Art. 68 and 73 apply. Otherwise, İstanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction (TTK Art. 18/§1; HMK Art. 17).
